SHIPPING POLICY

Products purchased on this site must be shipped to a Chase International office; shipment to home addresses or other offices are not permitted. In some cases free delivery is offered but only to select offices. In this case you will see the approved office stored as your shipping address on the site (instead of your office).

Please make arrangements to have your products shipped to the approved office and to have them picked up from there. In some cases shipment will not be available to your office or will involve shipping charges that are not required when delivering to other offices. If you have any questions please contact marketing@chaseinternational.com

RETURN POLICY

If your order is delivered damaged or displaying incorrect information, please contact Marketing at 775-674-5353. If it is determined that a replacement is due, you will receive the replacement within five (5) business days of determination. Requests for refund are subject to review and approval. If a refund request is approved, the refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days of refund approval.

PAYMENT METHOD

Orders must be paid directly by credit card when placed. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped at the earliest possible date after being placed on the site and with payment completed.

Many products ordered on the site are personalized with an agent's information. These orders will be produced as quickly as possible but are subject to the turn-around time of the vendor producing the products.
